C2 Profiler
With C2 Profiler, you can build interactive surveys intended specifically for your organization’s external customers or customer service agents. The module will automate previously selected questions for a diagnosis or a specific situation.
In the case of a telephone call, C2 Profiler will make sure your agent remembers all questions to ask the applicant or to conduct a customer satisfaction survey. As for online communication (with C2 WebClient), applicants complete the survey themselves, freeing your agent of a relatively tedious task.
This module increases service efficiency and quality since it is possible to collect customer information using these online surveys in addition to acting quickly to provide help.
