In November, C2 Innovations participated in the World Conference on Technical Service & Support in Washington. The Help Desk Institute (HDI) hosted this largest gathering of technical service and support professionals at the industry's leading event.

Among other professionals of the industry, Stephane Lauziere, President of C2 innovation, with Account Director William Chambers presented the organisation's innovating products and services. They also shared information and success stories with their peers.

Furthermore, they assisted to the finest keynote presenters' conferences, featuring topics such as Service and Support Strategy, Support Operations Management, Metrics and Measurements, The Human Factors and Applying Technology.
